to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the

Shipping Policy
We ship to every country in this list:
Our standard shipping/handling charge is USD$ 6 / Euro 5, which includes regular express (worldwide priority) shipping.
We also offer faster shipping options. We charge USD$ 21 / Euro 16 for FedEx shipping to most countries worldwide.
Some countries might cost more, in that case we 'll inform you before sending your order.
Your product will be shipped the same day you place your order! (Mon-Fri)
Customers who selected FedEx as their shipping method will receive a tracking no. via email once their order has been processed.
Customers who selected the USD$ 4 / Euro 4 / CAD$ 4.71 / AUD$ 5.21 "regular express" as their shipping method will not receive a tracking number. Therefore, please do not request a tracking number for this method of shipping, thank you.
Orders with regular express mail mostly take anywhere from 3-10 days after they are shipped. FedEx orders usually arrive the next business day after they are shipped, but depending on your location, it could take 2-3 days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Occasionally, orders shipped via regular express can take up to two weeks. We ask that you please not contact us about non-receipt of your order until 10 business days have passed. We appreciate your patience.
We do not ship by C.O.D (Collect On Delivery).

Returns/Warranty
We are confident that you will be delighted with your product and our service but if you find it necessary to return an item, we have an efficient process to expedite your return request. Please read our return terms and conditions below
Returns of defective goods
We expect that you inform us as soon as possible if you find any defect.
We always do quality checks before offering products. Good quality, installed modchips normally don't fail, even after a very long time. So we try to offer an infinity warranty on all products, as long as we have no doubts that anything else is the reason of the problem like overvoltage or damage during installation. We reserve the right to determine the reason.
If the product is not available anymore, we try to find a similar product for you, even we try to be as helpful as possible, this might involve some costs.
A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required; you can request a RMA at
SALES@MOD-CHIP.BZ
Returns of non defective goods
You can return any product within 30 days of the invoice purchase date without any reason; we do not accept any returns after 30 days - no exceptions. Any product returned must be in resalable condition. Products returned to us in not resalable condition will not be accepted and returned at your expense.
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items - no exceptions.
All returned products within the allowed 30 day period due to purchaser error or those deemed by us not to be damaged due to installer negligence are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee; we do not credit any shipping and handling costs. You will be given a choice between store credit or product exchange for all non-defective returned merchandise; we reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective. This applies to all sales without exception.

Cancellation of orders
As long as your product is not yet packed and/or your credit card is not yet debit, there is no cancellation fee.
There will be a USD$ 2.00 / Euro 1.5 / CAD$ 2.33 / AUD$ 2.67 cancellation fee if you choose to cancel any credit card order which is already debit and/or packed- no exceptions.
